Hollywood Software, Inc. and REAL Software Systems, Inc. jointly announce a strategic alliance to develop and market innovative software and service solutions to more comprehensively manage, exploit and distribute products for owners of property rights and creative content. Under the agreement, Hollywood Software and REAL will work together to identify complimentary business opportunities and jointly market their innovative products and services. Hollywood Software’s theatrical distribution system, TDS2000 is the industry standard for film distribution, having administered over 50% of the domestic box office since 1999. In addition to their planned cross-promotion, joint marketing, and sales efforts, Hollywood Software and REAL will develop strategies to interface their systems.
